CONDITIONS OF SALE

Pricing:

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT
  • Prices are subject to change at anytime at the company’s discretion.
  • Promotional offers have specified dates and orders must be placed and paid for by the date of expiry.

Delivery:

  • The company will always endeavor to meet the delivery date specified, but the date and time is always estimated therefore, the company will not be liable for any losses occurred as a consequence of any delayed delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to insure goods accordingly as once the goods are with the courier we are not responsible for damages.
  • Delivery will be curbside delivery by the courier
  • Delivery will only take place Monday through Friday. Delivery is excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.
  • Standard delivery will take 1 to 2 days. For express delivery, enquire as to the specific cost for your order by calling Quality Glass Fittings Ltd during opening hours.
  • Delivery outside UK is not offered.
  • Standard delivery is made by the courier but any bulky items or long length goods maybe subject to additional delivery costs, please contact Quality Glass Fittings Ltd for more information.
  • If faulty goods have arrived you must report any issues within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Any damaged goods must be signed as damaged. If delivery is signed as accepted, we have the right to refuse a refund as signed acceptance is seen as item(s) received in good condition.
  • Quality Glass Fittings Ltd reserves the right to change or discontinue delivery option or service at anytime.
  • Orders for delivery throughout the UK will incur a delivery charge of £13.50. Orders over the value of £500 (excluding VAT) will receive free standard delivery.
  • Online orders must be paid for in full and confirmed by us before 1pm on the day purchase for the standard 1-2 day delivery. For express orders, we will provide you with a delivery date once you contact us.

Refund:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods with a receipt of delivery as proof accompanied by an invoice to be valid for a full refund or exchange.
  • All items for a refund must be returned in good condition in its original packaging, and no parts missing. If any item is missing or packing has been damaged whereby the company cannot resell the product, the refund can be refused.
  • A 20% restocking charge will be applicable if the product(s) is no longer required and returned within 14 days of delivery received with a delivery note and invoice as proof of goods purchased.

Force Majeure:

  • Events that occur beyond our control ie strikes, and government decisions, whereby Quality Glass Fittings Ltd will not be held liable for temporary closure or delivery delays.
